Robesonia Redware is a family owned and operated partnership established July 17, 2011. Our workshops is located on private property at 511 Texter Mountain Road, Robesonia, PA 19511. Our retail store is located at 40 W. Penn Avenue, Robesonia, PA 19551. Our website address is: https://RobesoniaRedware.com.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it:

Personal data is created by a user’s interactions with our site and is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics and use of plug-ins such as our “Event Calendar”, etc.. Personal data collected from users and site visitors may include data such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies. This information is retained after consent is given and the user may change their preferences at anytime.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, the partners and their spouses can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Event, Venue, and Organizer Information

If you create, submit, import, save, or publish Event, Venue, or Organizer information, such information is retained in the local database:

  1. Venue information: name, address, city, country, state, postal code, phone, website, geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude)
  2. Organizer information: name, phone, website, email
  3. Event information: website, cost, description, date, time, image

Importing Events, Venues, and Organizers:

  1. All data present within a CSV or ICS file and external URLs (for events, venues, organizers, and tickets)
  2. Import origin data (URL from where events are being imported—such as Eventbrite, MeetUp, other compatible URL sources, and more, which can include similar or same data as listed above)
  3. Eventbrite Ticket information: name, description, cost, type, quantity

Please note that to create new events through the Community Events submission form, a user must hold a website account on this domain. This information is retained in the local database. It is also possible to create events anonymously, if the site owner has this option enabled.

When purchasing Eventbrite Tickets, attendee, purchaser, and order information are stored and managed by Eventbrite.

API Keys

We make use of certain APIs, in order to provide specific features.

These APIs may include the following third party services: Google Maps (API key), Meetup (OAuth token), PayPal (email, Client ID, Client Secret), Eventbrite (API key, auth URL, Client Secret), and Zoom (email, Client ID, Client Secret).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Personal data collected through the various contact form submissions located throughout our website is kept in our files for a certain period of time for customer service purposes, but only the personal data that is specifically consented to and submitted for marketing is used for that purpose.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example, if you have consented to our marketing emails or if you request to have items shipped, some of your persona data such as your email will be shared with our marketing and shipping partner ShippingEasy: https://support.shippingeasy.com/privacy-policy. If you make a purchase from our website, your personal data will be shared with our payment processor, Square: https://squareup.com. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We keep analytics records for a year, and contact form entries for six months and customer purchase records for indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. We accept payments through Square. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Square, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

You can shop at RobesoniaRedware.com with confidence. We have partnered with Square a leading payment gateway, to accept credit cards payments safely and securely for our customers.

The Square Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks.

All sales are final and there are no returns accepted.

Shipping Policy

Robesonia Redware ships all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx domestically. We do not offer international shipping.

Personalized (Custom) orders take 8-12 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.

You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 10 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. Robesonia Redware does not offer international shipping. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date and are out of our control.

Local Pick-Up

In-Store pick-up is available Thursdays thru Saturdays 10am-6pm. An email will be sent once your order is ready for pick-up. If you need to pick-up your items outside of the available hours, please call or email the shop to make arrangements and schedule an appointment.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer various flat rate shipping options to United States Residents. Flat rate shipping depends on the item(s) purchased. 

Shipping costs, delivery times, etc., are determined by the shipping carrier and are out of the control of Robesonia Redware.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Michelle@RobesoniaRedware.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return, Exchanges and Refund Policy

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 5 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 5 days from the date on which You ordered the Goods

Order cancellation requests will not be processed for orders that have already been shipped or picked up by the costumer or any third-party entity used for order pick up by the customer.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the order cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise. All sales are final and any returns, refunds or exchanges are in our sole discretion and any refunds issued will be for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Michelle@RobesoniaRedware.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
